How do I place my order?

To order our products, you are asked to create a customer account after
selected and validated your cart. This account will give you access to all
details of your order as well as your personal details.

What is my data protection policy ?

Our company ensures that you can purchase our products confidentially through secure transactions. The personal data collected during the creation of your account is reserved for the sole use of our company. Credit card data is not stored in our archives and we do not have access to the complete data of your card. All personal data (excluding CB) are kept for a period of 5 years.

What are the payment methods ?

The price shall be paid in full cash by secure payment in accordance with the following terms:
• Payment by credit card: credit, debit or paypal.
• Payment by bank transfer to the bank account of our company Hùma
(whose contact details are communicated to you from the placing of your order).
• Cheque payments are not accepted in 3 or 4 installments
equal by credit card.

What are the delivery modes?

The trimmings are delivered to home in fast delivery within 2 days after validation of your payment. Masks in standard home delivery within 4 to 5 days. Fast delivery is also possible in addition.

Note: Given the health situation, these deadlines may be extended.

What are the delivery areas?

Deliveries are made in metropolitan and overseas France as well as internationally
if the customer’s geographical area allows it.

Can I receive my order at a different address?

Any order can be delivered to the address of your choice. You just need
fill in the delivery address when ordering online.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been validated and settled, you will receive a tracking number
which will allow you to monitor its progress.

What if I do not receive my order?

If the ordered Products have not been delivered within 30 days after
the indicative delivery date, for any other than force majeure, the sale
may be resolved upon written request from you under the conditions provided for
Articles L 216-2, L 2163 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. Amounts
which you have paid will then be returned to you at the latest within 14
days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation
or detention.

What are the return conditions?

Returns are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories,
notice...) allowing them to be recommercialized in the new state, accompanied by the invoice. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of purchase
receipt, by our services, of Products returned by bank transfer, credit card
or voucher. The cost of return remains at your expense. Damaged products,
used or incomplete are not included or refunded.


Where are the products manufactured ?

All our fabrics, from Europe, are chosen with the greatest care with our network of quality artisans. Our collections are made in France in our workshop. The fabrics of our masks
come from the manufacture of our trimmings and are part of a eco-responsible, zero waste.

What fabrics are used?

The wax:

Wax fabric is a high-quality, durable, printed cotton fabric with multiple colours and shimmering patterns attached to the wax. The diversity of its motifs allows it multiple uses that today cross the entire universe of fashion and decoration.

The bazin:

The bazin is a damask fabric based on starched cotton, hand-dyed and characterized by its stiffness and the majestic shine of its patterns. Its elegance makes it a top choice for formal outfits and furnishings.

How to maintain our products?

In order to preserve the colours and quality of our products, we recommend:
- Low temperature machine wash at 30°C or professional cleaning.
- Use liquid detergent without bleaching agent.
- Dry in the open air or schedule a gentle spin-out.

The bazin fabric, shiny in appearance, can be mattified with washing. This contributes to the authenticity of the product and does not alter its duration over time. After a
Low-temperature washing at 30°C, we recommend ironing with a spray of a layer of starch beforehand, to preserve its original texture and shine.

Can I order a second similar product?

All our sets are marked and numbered as unique designs. In order to preserve this authentic character, no model may be duplicated unless specified. In this case their number is limited to 5 copies.

Can I benefit from a gift wrapping ?

We are presented and sold in quality packaging designed to highlight them and faithful to the quality of our brand. In the form of boxes or glossy paper bags.

Can I have a custom order?
